Since Telegram, ICOs Have Stopped

 


Since Telegram's ICO was for all intents and purposes banned, Initial Coin 🪙 Offerings have ground to a halt.

Telegram is founded by the Russian Pavel Durov, but I think it was more that the crypto mania was getting way out of control and the Federal Reserve pressed the breaks on cryptocurrencies issuance.
