Revolut Valuation

Revlout's last fundraised in 2025 at a 75 billion USD valuation.

However,  Revolut's auditors were not able to independently verify three quarters of Revolut's 636 million GBPs revenue in its long delayed 2021 accounts published in 2023.

Revlout reported in 2021 that revenue nearly tripled driven by a boom in cryptocurrency trading, one of the largest business lines of Revolut.

Revolut reported revenue of 5.2 billion EURs for 2025, an increase of 46 % and profit before tax of 1.7 billion GBPs.

So Revolut's valuation has two base cases:

1) If Revolut's revenue is really 5.2 billion EURs in 2025 and its profit is a real 1.7 billion GBP's before tax, than Revolut's value is 24 billion EURs

2) If Revolut's revenue cannot be verified independently and three quarters of Revolout's revenue is questionable as in 2021 than Revlout's value could be really 0, (zero) Revolut could have a problem going on as a going concern.

Revolut has to really grow by something like 25 % a year revenue and profit for 12 years to grow into its 75 billiom valuation from the last fundraising round.
